- More than 25 years of experience in advanced photolithography, nanofabrication and process development, working at GCA, Millipore, Materials Research Corporation, Comdisco and most recently at ASML Special Applications.
- Joe led ASML's sales effort into new applications and emerging markets such as Thin Film head, Photonics, Carbon Nanotubes and Bio/DNA chips.
- His work often leads him to work closely with university and government researchers to identify and develop new devices and applications.
